Both EYFS classes enjoyed busy mornings at the farm in Hoggeston this week.
They explored the fields, following footprints to badger setts and found cattle, sheep, a crop of barley and even some goldfish!
The children also saw some animals closer up - cows, pigs and a sheepdog!
The children looked at the farm machinery and silage heap and also tried grinding their own flour which was very hard work!
A fantastic morning on the farm.
