Safeguarding Statement

The Three Schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  This means that we have a Safeguarding and Child Protection policy, which can be viewed below and rigorous procedures in place. All staff (including supply staff, volunteers and governors) must ensure that they are aware of these procedures.

Sometimes, we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns about student welfare. We will ensure that our concerns about students are discussed with their parents or carers first, unless we have reason to believe that such a move would be contrary to the children's welfare.

If you are concerned about a child’s welfare, please record your concern and any observations or conversations that you may have heard and report this to one of the safeguarding leads as soon as possible that day. Do not conduct your own investigation.

Our Dedicated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs)

Safeguarding Lead: David May

Safeguarding Deputies:  Tristan Thorp, Heidi Martin, Charlene Smuts, Rebecca Chapman-Hill and Kelly Hall

Safeguarding Governor: Alison Terry
