Walking in Roman Footsteps: A Class Adventure
Year 2 pupils from Mursley and Drayton Parslow enjoyed an exciting trip to the Verulamium Museum in St Albans. They learned all about Roman Britain, dressed in tunics, and stepped back 2,000 years to explore a bustling Roman forum. At the market stalls, the children hunted for replica artefacts found in St Albans—and one lucky pupil even dressed up as an emperor in a toga!
The children were brilliantly behaved throughout, earning several compliments from museum staff. Well done, Year 2!
